"Bat ang mahal ng rent fee?"
Ans: Leather plus branded po yung irerent niyo kaya mahal po yung rent fee, hindi po madaling labhan at mahirap po alagaan yung cos. Thank you.

"Saan po Location niyo and paano ipipick-up ung costume?"
Ans: Orion, Bataan. Sa orion niyo rin po ipipick up especially kung hindi po ako pupunta ng Balanga. Optional lang po ung balanga, and only if pupunta lang po ako sa balanga don lang po pwede ipick up doon.

"MOP?"
Ans: Reservation fee po babayaran gcash then yung remaining balance pwedeng sa meet-up nalang kapag kukunin na yung cos.

"Refundable po ba yung Reservation Fee?"
Ans: Reservation fee is non-refundable so pag nagcancel po kayo di niyo na makukuha pabalik yung binayad niyo."

Good morning, renters! We are kindly asking you not to wash our costumes before you return them to us. After using them, you can hang the costume inside your home and kindly avoid hanging our costume in direct sunlight. Thank you!! 💙

Please, once again, do not wash our costumes. That is our responsibility. The cost of washing the costumes is included in the rent price of them. Thank you very much~

Another reminder:
According to our terms and conditions, you must pay the whole cost of the set if you damage the costume, particularly the main outfit or dress. Therefore, you must accept responsibility if you wash the costume and damage it. Same goes if you return the costumes with damage even if you didn't wash it.
