Last year, I set myself a goal for 24 sessions for 2024. The number felt right and didn't feel too big or too small to accomplish. Well, the numbers are in, and I did...

This doesn't count free or donated sessions for Silent Auctions, or free event photography to update my portfolio. These are just sessions by the most wonderful clients I could have asked for.
To put it in perspective, my busiest month was July with a total of 11 photo sessions during that month. Keep in mind that this is on top of working a full-time admin scheduled job.
All of those nights leaving straight from work to head to the piers, jetties, state parks, or just across to the beach were so worth it. I loved every minute of it, and I have learned so much.
I have been so blessed by clients who send me homemade gifts, hang my photos up in their homes (the best compliment), or leave a wonderful review on my social media page.
I couldn't have done it without my wonderful husband who has been my second photographer during multiple sessions. I have upgraded my website this year, upgraded my camera and lens gear, and have still been blessed enough to continue for this year. I'm blessed to be able to start teaching photography classes on posing and sunsets this upcoming year, already booking weddings and summer sunset sessions, and doing more traveling!
If you've read this far, thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I can't thank you enough for supporting me in my journey and my passion. I didn't realize how much stress and love could be put into something and how much I could push through and motivate myself until this past year and it was worth Every. Single. Moment.
