Emily Westmoreland, the creator of Little Seeds Co., created such a safe and encouraging environment for the kids to learn that even I wanted to put my camera down and join the kiddos in their STEM challenge. The wooden platform where they made their vows and had their first dance was built the night before just for their special day. these photos taken by the talented and edited by yours truly have me feeling like Julie Andrews in “Sound of Music” when she makes the outfits out of the curtrains. So in true Julie fashion, here are a few of my favorite things:

🐚: I love being in and around water, it’s truly my place of peace

🐬: my favorite animals are whales, dolphins, and manatees, and of course my dog Maizy Moo, the best animal.

☀️: I love to thrift, I can be a frugal franny but I love the hunt and the excitement of finding something unique. My dream finds are anything rattan, vintage Disney items, and those Lotus Chip & Dip ceramic pool sets 🏊‍♀️

🎥📷: my favorite shoots recently have been concert and live event photography - it combines my love of music and capturing people in their cutest candid moments

☕️: I love iced lattes and I’ve been making them at home a lot more recently. My go-to recipe so far is a coconut caramel banana cream latte with a double shot of espresso and oat milk. I’m calling it my “Florida In A Cup” 🌴

I went to Inlet beach to take some photos of my family and I asked my dad to snap a few of Maizy and I. We started hearing cheering behind us and found out the couple behind us had just gotten engaged! So I asked if I could snap a few photos for them and they said “yes” 💍✨

I was a silly goose and forgot to get their contact info so if you know this couple from Atlanta I would love to share the pictures with them 🤍✨

I may be the odd man out when I say this, but I’m 100% a sucker for all things prom. It’s not often that you get to play dress up with your classmates and get to awkwardly put a flower decoration on your crush and later ask someone around for help.

I also looove the creative ideas that people come up with. One of my favorite memories was being asked to prom while I was working headset at (swipe to the end to get a glimpse) I had my first slow dance to “I Don’t Want To Miss A Thing” and it was straight magic.
