Wedding guests WILL do these annoying things and here’s how you can handle them 🤗⬇️
1️⃣ Use their cell phones for pictures & videos although you have signs asking them not to.
🧺 A basket for guests to drop their cell phones may help to alleviate this problem or you can ask your officiant to announce a friendly reminder about cell phone use at the top of the ceremony.
2️⃣ RSVP late…or not at all. Oh. This one. 😵💫
📆 Setting your RSVP due date a week or two earlier than you originally planned can give you time to follow up with those who haven’t yet. Extra time for anything during wedding planning is always on your side!
3️⃣ Kids running wild & free during the reception.
🥰 If this is something important to you to prevent, perhaps consider making your wedding an adult only ceremony. A “parent’s night out”!
4️⃣ Guests will arrive hellish-ly early…and ready to chat with the bridal party while they’re taking pictures and getting ready! 🥲
💒 This can have a major impact on your overall timeline so having a strong wedding planning team and/or vendor team can really help with this. We never want *you* or anyone in the bridal party to have to be the “bad guy”, so communicate to your team your wants & needs if something like this arises and we will jump in action!
💬 Disclaimer: Not all annoyances listed here bother every bride. Or maybe all of these check your annoying-things boxes 😂 No matter what, it’s your day and your vendor team is on your side to support you to come up with solutions to “challenges” that may arise on your special day.

Behind the scenes…seating chart edition 📝
Working with each bride is unique as it pertains to aligning with their seating chart vision! Here are my TOP 4️⃣ TIPS to ensure the seating chart plan is on track, exactly what our bride envisions, and most importantly - ready to execute on the big day ✨
1️⃣ It’s never too early to begin working on this piece of planning. Seating charts are time consuming! Don’t wait until last minute - get ahead of the game and work on this early on so you have plenty of time to tweak along the way.
2️⃣ Go with your gut. It’s easy to overthink who should sit with who, but don’t 🫶🏻 Your guests are happy to be there celebrating you - regardless of who’s sitting at their table.
3️⃣ Get creative! There are so many cute ways to display your seating chart. Pinterest and other inspo-inducing platforms can help you pin down the display of your dreams.
4️⃣ Work smarter, not harder 😉 A tool like @aisleplanner can help make the seating chart planning process smooth and efficient. Find a tool that works for you and use it to your advantage!

There is just something so beautiful about an intimate wedding ceremony 🤍 I couldn’t get over the details of this one, too! 🌹
While I am not partial to weddings big or small (I truly love them all), if you’re in the thick of deciding which route is best for you and your fiancé, let’s take this moment to chat about the benefits of an intimate wedding:
✨ A smaller wedding *may* cost less, depending on the decisions you make. Alternatively, you can splurge on the items that mean the most to you!
✨ You’re surrounded by your closest family & friends. This allows more time with those specially chosen people in your life!
✨ Less pressure. With a smaller, more intimate guest list, you may feel less pressure and more relaxed.
✨ Allows time for more meaningful and intentional photography with your guests, should that be something that’s important to you!
All weddings can be made beautiful. Big, small, elaborate, intimate. Be sure to follow your arrow when making those big decisions for your special day and when in doubt, ask a professional for guidance 😉
We plan and coordinate weddings ✔️
We transform tables into tablescapes ✔️
This one I will remember for my lifetime. 🤍 We celebrated my Aunt Deana & Uncle Fred’s 68th Wedding Anniversary through every beautiful detail, photograph, and memory shared on this day. The significance rests even more with Uncle Fred leaving this Earth way too soon just a short month later. ✨
Celebrate life’s moments. That can be something as elaborate as a tablescape and anniversary party or a candlelight dinner with frozen pizza. No matter how big or small, celebrate. 🎉
Anyone else dreaming of being twirled like a princess in the snow this weekend or just me? 👋🏻❄️☃️
