Zuppa Toscana, my version, is literally the tastiest soup I have ever had. Here are my add ins:

Yellow and orange bell peppers
Cream of mushroom soup
Dan O’s for added flavor and spice

Everything else was the original recipe. I did have to emulsify a bit for Jo’el, but honestly it wasn’t necessary. The potatoes were so soft.
