Trancendance launch party... The promoters had their unexpected challenges & so did I with those 'sensitive' 1210s but all the DJs were highly valued and rewarded - as it should be! Coupled with a fun crowd and smiles all round, it was a massive success! I can't wait for the next one.

This has started today, raising money for Kidney Cancer Scotland in memory of Greig Abercrombie; a dedicated trance fan. He supported a lot of DJs and a few are now channelling that into support for a good cause. My set is at midnight (UK) but you can join Wilko right now on Twitch.

Paul Van Dyk's 1998 release of For An Angel was the first CD single I bought from HMV. I remember a few people saying nobody would be listening to trance in a few years but look at this... A few of us in the crowd yesterday were saying how nice it is to see a man so passionate about his craft after 30+ years and it makes the whole experience more special for us! Never change PVD 🙌🏻

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Paul Spencer earlier today. He was positive until the end but this was one battle he could not fight anymore. He leaves behind a wonderful musical legacy and many happy memories for many people. He will be sadly missed by everyone who loved him. Shine bright our big star - K, A & H ###
