In honor of National Flower Day, let’s give it up for the Flower Girls! 🌸🌺🌷🌼🪷🪻My first EVER experience with weddings was when I was a flower girl myself. I took my role very seriously- I felt so important in that day and basically dragged the ring bearer down the aisle with me. Picking out the dress 👗 , getting my hair done professionally for the first time 🎀, watching the bride turn into a princess 👸🏽 and watching a fairytale day at a front row seat was the most magical thing to me as a little girl. &Now anytime there is a flower girl at a wedding, I try to make sure their experience on a wedding day is as magical as I remembered it to be. I hold their hand at rehearsal and remind them how brave they are, shower them with compliments on their dress and the kitten heels they’ve been excited to wear for months, and sneak them the cupcake during dinner after the cake is cut.
