How to get yourself some ✨️ FREE PLANTS ✨️ and ditch the plastic pots for next summer.
I've been using the cutest (BEST EVER) little pots for propagating this year and I can't recommend them enough. They're from a British brand called @woolpots.uk and such a clever, but simple idea. Tbh, they're a total no brainer. A perfect swap for plastic pots and trays, they work as a natural slug deterrent, decompose when you plant them in the ground and act as a fertiliser, AND they stretch out to hold plenty of compost for your cuttings. Win. Win Win.

When all the plants outside are covered in snow and you finally remember to water the inside ones. 💁🏼♀️🌿💧
Sedum are one of my favourite plants for winter colour, plus they work fab in a wreath or Posy for sparkle season with their deep burgundy red tones.
If you've got some in the garden, go snip a few stems, pop them in a jar of water, and keep them on a windowsill for a few months. They'll be bursting with roots, ready for planting up, and you don't have to do a thing! All the beauty of a cottage garden with zero hassle.

Can we all just let Mariah and Bublé hang tight for another week before they start defrosting? I kinda hate how things can't 'just be' for a minute.
So if you're a big old scrouge like me, remember it's still ok to be enjoying the autumnal out there, the trees will be golden for a week yet, and then they'll be bare for long enough. Sod the nonsense the highstreets are singing at us for a minute and just be. Just breathe.

The Cub followed this delightful moment by slarrying sun cream all over the car and we had to sing about 20 verses of Old Mcdonald to keep her from gunning, but those little moments in between when it's all smiles and we're both happy out plootering through the hill, that's the magic stuff. ✨️

The sweetest afternoon spent on Saturday past @blushloungeni bring some floral faffery to the birthday celebrations. While the blushbabes made everyone look and feel a million dollars, I hand tied lots of lovely 'no maintenance' Posies.
You know when you walk into a room full of women just absolutely bossing it but with the most genuine, good hearted, grace filled way with them? This place is something special, and not just because it's the prettiest salon I've ever laid eyes on! 🎀🪩🌸✨️

Planting out my muscari bulbs 🪻🪻
I'd had these dotted round the house for a pop of early spring colour, (they're fabulous for window baskets too) but now they're passed, I'm planting them out in the garden to enjoy again next Spring.
Top tip ⚡️ pop them round the base of other shrubs and plants that look a bit bare in early spring and these will help bring lots of life to an empty spot.
