💟 For this beautiful baptism we paired crips white linen with champagne pink napkins and a blush pink table runner.

🌸 For the florals we hand made these bouquets with pink and white roses paired with baby's breath for a soft feel yet classy feel.

🕯 For added warmth we added gold votives to the tables.

💝 Guest favours were custom candles with a photo of the baby girl getting baptized and a beautiful rosary.

✨Planner will be there to run any last minute errands for bride that week
✨Your wedding coordinators will help to organize the day so it runs on time and according to your plan so you can relax and enjoy your special day

✨Supervision and assistance of ceremony setup and tear down (décor and vendors eg: musicians, personal items)
✨Distribution and pinning of boutonnieres and corsages
✨Coordinate and cue processional and recessional

✨Development of the wedding day schedule and timeline 1.5 months (2-hour session)
✨Unlimited communication via email or phone 1 month prior to the wedding day
✨Guidance on guest table seating arrangements and creation of an seating list.
✨Attendance at the rehearsal.
✨On-site presence of the event planner predetermined during the Agenda meeting.
✨Primary planner to follow up, ensuring timely deliveries.
✨Confirmation calls to vendors during the week of the wedding to finalize the agenda and timeline.
✨Agenda sent via email to all vendors no later than Monday of the wedding week.
✨Assistance with one last-minute drop-off or pick-up.
✨Ensuring the ex*****on of all Decor and Floral according to the couple's wishes and a thorough review of the contract to avoid any oversights.
✨Assistance with the organization and layout of items such as menu cards, favors, place cards, receiving line table, cake table, etc.
✨Handling of any issues on the wedding day and coordination with the venue manager.
✨Ensuring guest comfort, answering questions, and addressing any allergies for dietary meal planning
✨Reviewing the seating plan before the reception for accuracy.

✨Welcome Call with Lead Planner ( 30 minutes – Getting to know and update your file)
✨Creating a Wedding Day Agenda with the couple at 1.5 / 1 month before
✨1 month and 1-week Reminder Checklist to be emailed to the couple
✨Unlimited emails or phone calls 2 weeks prior to the wedding date
✨Includes calling all vendors the week of the wedding to confirm timelines
✨Includes emailing Final Agenda to Bride and Groom and to all your vendors
✨1 Notion Basket for Ladies’ bathroom
✨Only includes 1 Location if the Ceremony is at a different location than the Reception, and if one of the Wedding Planners has to go to a Church, Synagogue, Mosque or Temple, add an additional $100
✨To be determined at consultation:
*To add additional hours it’s $100.00 per hour
If the Ceremony or Venue is located Outside of GTA ( Farther than 45 minutes from North York) add a $150.00 Travel Fee.

✨Let’s talk A La Carte✨

ℹ️ A la carte items are add on items available to elevate your event. They are completely optional and vary depending on the theme set for your event.

🎈Our love for balloons is like no other. To tie in the birthday aspect of this elegant soirée we added this gorgeous balloon wall with “Happy Birthday” Neon sign. To add a wow factor we incorporated the balloons in the room by hanging them from the ceiling and having LED balloons on each table.

🍬 Candy station on a custom sweet cart. We had assorted candy in black and white with scoops. To add a special touch we added custom vinyl with the guest of honours name.

🍸 We love pop-up bars, white acrylic 6ft bar with a steal bar back to display the bottles. These are a great addition to any occasion.

🪧 Signage is always a great way to showcase aspects of your event. The welcome sign was placed right at the entrance of the event. We also had these fun drink signs made. Signage can be as creative and custom as you want.

The elements for decor are endless and can take your celebration from simple to extravagant.

⚫️ We created this beautiful lounge area to enhance the guests experience. A 10x10 drape canopy with black and white lounge furniture & table decor.

🔲 To add to the elegance we wanted to wrap the dance floor with a unique design. The black and white stripes created elegance that set the mood.

🖤 The client wanted a focal point to take photos with friends and family. As we began designing the event we knew we had to create a unique backdrop to fit the tone of the party. These custom light up boxes with the guest of honour’s pictures was the perfect touch.

✨Let’s talk tablescape ✨

ℹ️ Tablescape is the arrangement of items on a table that produces an attractive and decorative effect.

⚫️For our clients elegant soiree we alternated between black rectangular tables & white S-shaped tables, with clear acrylic & white chairs.

🍽️Each place setting consisted of a charger plate, napkin, menu card, and custom favour. To elevate the tables and be consistent with the mood we alternated the colour of the charger plates and napkins on each table.

🕯️we kept the decor on the table simple yet elegant with single bud roses in white and black, sets of candle goblets and black votive candles.

🎈 Even though the party was elegant and formal we wanted it to still feel like a birthday party so we added one white LED balloon per table.
