Sara + Ashley are in the process of building the rest of their lives together. They have been nothing short of a blessing and so very sweet.

Their date hasn't been set yet but everything else is in motion and is coming together nicely. Not only for their wedding; which is going to be a beautiful union to be a part of; but for their livelihood as one unit.

Sometimes you just can’t wait to share….
Especially when they are beyond absolutely amazing.

I can not begin to explain how honored I am to have been a part of this union. Truly.

Klau & Aaron were the highlight of my week and the tears that flowed watching them were innumerable.

So say that this was a success is an understatement by far. My vendors were amazing. They didn’t miss a beat. And were extraordinarily easy to work with.

It’s been a long night.. and I can’t stop bouncing through all the photos and videos I was able to take just to reminisce something I left merely minutes ago.

Lexi + Steven are prepped and ready for take off to Cloud 9 this evening!

A split wedding where their ceremony is today and the reception is tomorrow. I am ecstatic to be working with the vendors that we have coming too.

Lexi and I have done nothing but get closer and closer since our meeting and it’s such a breeze working with her for the big day.

Finally putting together everything we have been working towards. Smaller and quaint with so much elegance. This beach house is perfect for what they wanted and it’s been a pleasure to be part of it from the beginning. 🙏🏼

This is the look of one happy working woman. 🤗

Perfecting diligently the last of minor details after double contacting all vendors and just before the final send off of the itinerary PDF.

✨ I work on these all the way up to the day prior. All vendors receive copies of the timeline so that every single person is on the same page with no excuse for mix ups. Upon emailing them all, they also receive texts to let them know that said emails have been sent and to make sure it was dropped in their inboxes.

🙌🏼 If there is one thing I make sure of it’s that we all have the exact same material. They need to know they have a center point of contact and where to go for questions.

Going back and forth with the bride or family is not something I allow. It’s the couples day to have peace and enjoy what they have been looking forward to.

Keeping my clients at ease and them knowing they can trust everything is being taken care of promptly and accordingly is my no. 1 priority. 👏🏼

Fun fact: I am ALWAYS eager to meet any potential vendors for my clients in person. 👏🏼

It makes a huge difference to be able to know who you’re working with and their personalities prior to ever being hired.

It gives me the opportunity not only to learn about them, but to feel them out, sample anything, and go over everything they have to offer so I know how they work and what my clients are getting!

Not many planners do this and just go with research found. Anyone can make it look good, but you want to make sure you are with someone who can follow through accordingly as well.

This woman right here was my first official bride with Zenith. 🤗

I feel like there’s something to be said for a planner who becomes a friend and part of your life. It’s such a blessing to be able to see the people that I get close to in this business grow.. our meet today was about some home financing documents she needed, because I am a notary.

I have watched her and her husband become one and over the course of the last year, because their anniversary is this month, I have been able to watch them grow and keep in touch with them this entire time.

Blessed it quite the understatement honestly. Meeting my clients and becoming a staple of their development is one of the most rewarding things in this business. 🙏🏼

The last wine dinner of 2023!!! It’s been an absolute pleasure and a very creative time doing these each month. I’m very thankful for my friends who I have connected with, and the fact that we were able to collaborate on something that is beneficial for both parties. I can’t wait to see what 2024 has. Practice makes perfect and I have a whole nother year to do it.
