Food Handlers Card Cert Test PASSED.
Next is My Kitchen Managers Card Cert which I need to get more Money in My Bank before I do that Training/Exam Online.
Gotta stay updated but It does not cost a fortune to do so: well Yes It can. 🙄
Food Handler = 3 Yrs. = $7
Kitchen Manager - 5 Yrs. = $78
Food Liability Insurance = 1 Yr. = $299
Business Lic -= 1 Yr. = $84
County Food Permit = 1 Yr. = $175
Domain Name = 1 Yr. = $15
Website = 2 Yrs. = $525
Now You see why I keep pushing the Website for ordering from when I am not doing BBQ Pop Up Sales Events plus working hard to sell out each and every time I do a BBQ Pop Up Sales Event and why Caterer's charge what We do.
This does not include County Taxes on all of My Equipment Yearly(which is 100% BS since I already paid the taxes when I bought all of It) nor Fuel for Truck, Truck Registration, Truck Insurance and upkeep of all Catering Equipment plus any replacement required by recurring Expenses.

Well You have seen the before Pictures now here She is Sand Blasted clean on her outside and in Her Firebox. We didn't do the Cook Chamber inside for obvious reasons. Now She is ready for Paint.

We will be open at 12 Noon until sold out or 5pm which ever comes first here in Pine Grove California come on by and pick up some great BBQ. This will be Our last BBQ Pop Up Sales Event of the Season.
