Beef Sirloin Roast Tip, potatoes and steamed rice...Dinner time!

Heat pan with a 1/3 cup oil, 2 chopped garlic cloves, fresh thyme, Mediterranean Salt, peppercorn, half of a red onion sliced...grill slightly...

Once pan is well heated place the sirloin in the pan(boiling the meat thoroughly prior to placing in pan is ideal, if you’d like a leaner more moist cut)
Once both sides are seared, input 1 1/2 cup of potatoes chopped in quarter size wedges, throw in some half cut cherry tomato for texture season to taste add parsley flakes and grill until everything is slightly coated...

Slowly input water from previous boil about half a cup and let it simmer on medium, then add another cup of hot water once it’s start to simmer. Cover and let everything simmer, turning the sirloin every 3-5 minutes until meat starts to fall apart. Depending on how well you’d like it cooked.

Note: boil sirloin for about a minimum an hour before placing in pan ensure the meat is defrosted prior to placing in hot water.

Meatballs and pasta kind of day!

1 Pan, 3-4 serving size, 12 meatballs, 2 cups of pasta. 16 oz of sauce.

Prep meatballs, boil through not all the way, while those cook.
Grill chopped garlic cloves 2 1/2, 1/4 basil chopped, 1/4 red onion sliced, 1/2 cup mini sweet peppers, 1/2 cup half cut cherry tomatoes. Once it is all grilled in light canola oil add meatballs and grill together.

Season with seat salt, peppercorn, parsley...

Once all is nicely grilled add pasta and mix through so all the juices and oils get on the pasta. Then add pasta sauce and let simmer on low.

You can top with mozzarella shredded cheese if you like...not needed.

Smells incredibly good. And tastes even better!
