4th Annual Christmas in San Angelo
Would any of the vendors be interested in giving a gift to a child for Christmas? If so, please wrap it and if it's for a girl put a pink bow on it and if it's for a boy, put a blue bow on it. And if your gift works for a girl or boy, please put a green bow on it. And we'll let Santa give them out at our Christmas event on Dec 18th & 19th. Please add the age range of the child. Doesn't have to be expensive. Just a little something to put a smile on a child. Please comment "me, with a girl or boy". So everyone can see how many girls and boys gifts are being donated. We are going to need a lot of donations. Thank you 💕

As a vendor, here are some things you can do to prepare for an event:

1. Plan your inventory: Based on your research, prepare a list of the items that you will be offering at the event. Make sure that you have enough stock to meet the demand and that it aligns with your budget.

2. Prepare your booth/display area: Design your space to be visually appealing and eye-catching to draw attendees' attention to your products. Ensure that it is well-lit, well-organized, and has enough space for attendees to move around and interact with your products comfortably.

3. Bring marketing materials: Be sure to carry brochures, flyers, and signage that showcases your brand and products. Use these materials to capture attendees' attention and build their interest in your offerings.

4. Engage with attendees: Interact with attendees by talking to them about your products or services. Provide demos, samples, or other interactive activities if possible. Remember to be friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic while talking to the people stopping by your booth or display area. Sitting behind the table on your phone will result in very few sales.

For our vendor prizes. I ask that there is a minimum of a $15 value of each item donated. I've had vendors donate items that they sell for $1 or $2. Or they'll try to give me a piece of paper saying 10% of in their booth. Well, no more. It has to be a fisical item worth at least $15. You can donate as many as you want. But each item has to have a value of at least $15. I have instructed Marie Dutchover Guadarrama and Ashley Guadarrama to not execept any donations that does not meet the requirements. This applies to both Vendor prizes and the Vendor Gift Exchange.

I have 9 Vendors that have signed up for Andrews Trade Days in May. But have not paid. So, you have been removed from the list. If you decide to do the Up Events Trade Days Odessa. You'll have to re-sign up for that show.

Both Andrews Trade Days has been canceled! As many of you know of the issues that we had with the Andrews County Fire Marshall on our last event. Well, he's at it again. He's telling me how to run my shows as far as the layout and everything. The good news is that I'm moving the shows to Odessa in barn D at the coliseum. But I had to change the dates to May 21st & 22nd. Vendors that have paid for Andrews will have the choice to move their payments to the Odessa event or be refunded.
