I had the honor of providing the props and paint for this wonderful couple right here and they tied the knot the true Mandalorian way! They each custom drew their kits with their own color choices and designs. I was able to provide the armor kids as well as the 3d printed helmets. I'm SOS toked to say this is actually the 2nd wedding has had the privilege of being a part of! Thank you all for your support and keep doing amazing things like this right here. This is the way!

Best part about printing with carbon fiber reinforced filament? Print lines almost disappear!
I print all my 3d printed helmets with the main body in a single piece. These are printed in pla pro and a 0.6mm nozzle for durable, thick walls. Greeblies, ears and rangefinders are printed in carbon fiber reinforced pla pro with 80% infill for durability. Nobody likes their rangefinder stalk snapping in half!

Looks like the Sabine shelf may need a more... "updated" helmet...

ROTJ Boba Gauntlets all finished up and about ready to be sent out to their new home. Gauntlet kits are by , complete with accurate fiberglass top shell for the left gauntlet, metal darts, functional LED and switches.
It was a little bit of a challenge as I normally deal with completely resin cast gauntlets, 3d printed or all vac formed but it was interesting utilizing a mix of all three materials and I think I made it work pretty well.
