I had the honor of providing the props and paint for this wonderful couple right here and they tied the knot the true Mandalorian way! They each custom drew their kits with their own color choices and designs. I was able to provide the armor kids as well as the 3d printed helmets. Some before and after looks at the base layered damage. Next will be a combination or acrylic washes, acrylic airbrushing and a few other techniques for varying shades or dirt and grime to match the screen used helmet's wear n'tear.

Now that the craziness of the holidays is over I'm going to try and finish this one up. It's been exhausting but hopefully it will open up a little more soon for commissions again. Gotta beat Hasbro to my own Sabine!
Making some progress on Sabine. Next up I'll be using the stencils that are created within the print in this version by

Best part about printing with carbon fiber reinforced filament? Print lines almost disappear!
I print all my 3d printed helmets with the main body in a single piece. These are printed in pla pro and a 0.6mm nozzle for durable, thick walls. Greeblies, ears and rangefinders are printed in carbon fiber reinforced pla pro with 80% infill for durability. Nobody likes their rangefinder stalk snapping in half!
Looks like the Sabine shelf may need a more... "updated" helmet...
I'm pretty stoked about how this looks. Not very often I do a "clean" Mando helmet but this looks pretty slick. This one will be off to its new home in Hawaii soon.
When someone sends you their bucket for a repaint and some reference material... You make it happen. Now it just needs a buffing and a lens. Almost done.
Current order all cleaned up and primed. Once it's ready this will be a clean mix of beskar and black.
Might have to come down in costume to hang with fellow Star Wars nerds! Now what to wear.... Vader.... Boba.... Mando... Kylo.... Hmmmmm
New project on the bench. It's been a little while but I'll be trying to take more time for posts. This is a custom resin cast Mando sent to me by a Clint for a repaint... Stay tuned. This one's gonna look slick.
It's been a little slow round the Armory which I'm not complaining. Gave me a chance to keep up with other life events going on all summer with the kids. I did get a custom order for a set of coasters so I knocked these out quickly and sent them out.
ROTJ Boba Gauntlets all finished up and about ready to be sent out to their new home. Gauntlet kits are by , complete with accurate fiberglass top shell for the left gauntlet, metal darts, functional LED and switches.
It was a little bit of a challenge as I normally deal with completely resin cast gauntlets, 3d printed or all vac formed but it was interesting utilizing a mix of all three materials and I think I made it work pretty well.
Last of my current helmet commissions finally finished up. Pretty much caught up on orders now. This is a custom painted Mando to match a set of armor I previously made. Designed by the client. Helmet files are based on an undented version of the BoBF helmet by
Some progression shots from base Alluminum to the layering of darker grey and top coats. Finally to the dark wash and airbrushed detail work to give it a nice worn look to match the armor this will be paired with.
Custom engraving order. Just have one more to make. Came out pretty well!
I feel like I need these in my life and at the same time... I cringed seeing that they put his rocket on the right hand... Tell me you want to make something tied to a Fandom without really utilizing designers and people that are a part of it without telling me... Lol

Finishing up a couple helmet commissions. Almost done with three of four current buckets. Custom Ursa for the Bride and matching custon Din for the Father of the Bride.... Groom's custom Mando is in the works. These have been fun. Also finishing up an ROTJ Boba Fett Bucket.

May 4th has been a blast with the family. Got to get some Galaxy's Edge time in with the family... It was SO PACKED today. I've never seen lines so long to buy sabers. I hope everyone had a fun and safe holiday.

Progress progress progress. Little at a time.
Welp. My attempt at making a custom lens with a visor and reflective tint was a bust. Going to have to wait for a Rela lens to be delivered but this is what the finished Ursa is suppose to look like once done. Also got a Din printed and ready for paint. It will have a matching paint job similar to the Ursa, also have the red layered on an ROTJ Boba Fett and squeezed in two Bo Katan shoulder armor pieces sized for a 7 and 1 yr old. I have two more to make. They aren't as perfectly clean as I would like but I'm trying to finish them in time to wear around Disney on May 4th.
