We focus on using local seasonal produce and aim to make everything in house. Our vibrant flavours and techniques are influenced from the Deep South to South America and Mexico. A kind of ‘street food’ style where wood fired cooking, smoking and pickling is what we are about! We can come to you and set up our fully equip outdoor kitchen or help you to find the perfect location. We can cater for weddings, pop up events, markets, festivals, private dinners, parties, themed events and more!..
