So, the mystery host party has still not reached $200! It has to reach a minimum of $200 to be a party, and for me to award someone with being the host. So we will carry this through June as well. The great news is that in the month of June the winning host will receive 60%. off of any 1 item or set of their choosing! That is a huge discount! So, this is day two into the Mystery Host Party! The new cup slicer from pampered chef is one of my favorite tools! It really helps me out in the kitchen! I have problems with my hands and this is becoming my life saver! I discovered yet another item that the cup slicer is great for slicing hard boiled eggs! I am including my recipe for creamed egg on toast so yummy! Use the link to order your cup slicer today and get your entry to be the host of the party!

4 hard boiled eggs. 1 cup of cold milk
1 T. corn starch. 1 T butter
salt and pepper to taste.

Mix cold milk and corn starch together in a 1 quart saucepan add butter salt and pepper. Cook on medium heat stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Stir for 1 more minute and then remove from heat. Add sliced boiled eggs stir and serve over buttered toast. Enjoy!
