We will be cooking union station scotch fillet for the rolls!! Amazing beef
The sausages are getting custom made from Palmerston Quality Meats this week and our bread rolls handrolled from palmerston, that big sos hanging out the ends!!
And the beast and star of the show, the 30kg pig, will be turning from about 9am ready to make people happy once that boat has burned,
Listen for the Viking war horn sounding the commencement of service of the beef and sausages starting from 530 and to signal the pig service, this thing flies off the bar so line up when the flames die down!!!
Can't wait seeya's there!!

I've been told about this mad mission since I moved to darwin 21 years ago!! Pretty stoked to be asked to cook some food at the re-creation of the day 40 years ago.
Come grab a spitz roll buy a beer on the beach out the back of a landcruiser and watch the big screen.
