Welcome to the our wedding/prom/event vehicle for hire company. Myself and my wife have always had an interest in classic cars and in particular Classic VW's. As individual who have worked in customer facing roles for the last 20 years we understand how important customer service is on a daily basis, let alone on the biggest day of your lives or whilst celebrating special milestones.
I can assure you that you will not get a better level of customers service if you choose to use the service we provide.
Let me explain what it is we are offering:
The vehicle - A vintage 1975 VW T2 Bay, seats 4 guests. The vehicle has undergone a full restoration over the last few months (finished April 2023) to a very high standard, it is perfect and will add a bit of glamour to any occasion. Again the T2 is in excellent condition both inside and out and would complement any big day and celebrations.
The service - A1 customer service, and the price you pay includes the car being decorated with coloured ribbons of your choice. If the T2 is booked for the bride Prosecco and glasses will be provided, for a groom, beers of your choice will be provided, and I will make sure they are cold. Other drink are available on request (this may impact on the price) If booked for a prom or other event refreshments can be arranged.
The T2 will be booked for 4 hours (wedding) and 2 hours (prom/events) in the first instance, with chauffeur included. Extra hours can be arranged at an extra cost, please ask for more details.
Making a booking - If you are interested in hiring the Classic VW T2 bay in the picture for your big day/celebrations please contact me stating the:
The Wedding/occasion Date, Collection address, Ceremony/event address and the address of the Reception if applicable, as well as any particular request. I will then contact you to let you know if your date is available and then together work out a no obligations quote for the service you require. Please note we are located in Pontefract, but are more than willing to travel further a field for your special occasion.
Bespoke packages can also be arranged, tell me what you would like to make your day a special one and I will be in contact for more details and then I will offer a very competitive price.
Prices start from as little as £300 for the wedding day experience and prices for prom/events can be negotiated, depending on what service you require on the day.
Please note the £75 is the non-refundable deposit, taken at time of booking.
