So many people have asked who we are …… where are we located …… are we any good , reputable ect …..
Anthony Amodio has been in the restaurant industry for over 30 years and has traveled extensively across the country establishing new restaurant markets , menu creations and management training. His culinary skills were developed from a young age working in restaurants throughout central New York as well as family traditions . Self taught with a flair to go above and beyond and an “ of course we can do that “ attitude. Always exploring new ways to bring the ordinary to the level of extraordinary .
Partner Tammy McIntyre has been in the restaurant industry for over 2 decades and has customer service skills that go above and beyond anyone’s expectations. Tammy handles all of the details from start to finish working with vendors , the venue owners , coordinating every need while keeping our brides and grooms happy .
From at home intimate dining , backyards to barns we are completely mobile and can facilitate birthday parties , engagements , retirements, office parties , fundraisers and concessions . We are known for our offsite weddings and our “we can do anything “ attitudes.
In the winters we cater from the Utica Curling Club and the summers from the Lake Delta Yacht Club . Our tomato pies are sold at Chanatrys hometown market from Thursday through Sunday and we look forward to expanding on other products that we are known for.
