Listen up! Here are 5 things you need to know when selecting your wrist corsages or pin-on bouts for your wedding! 👇
1. Color Scheme: Ensure the colors of your wearable flowers harmonize with your overall wedding color scheme. They should complement rather than clash with the colors of the dress your mothers/attendants or suits people will be wearing on the big day.
2. Size and Scale: Consider body size, height, and wrist size when selecting wearable flowers. For example, if your ring bearer is 5 years old, it may be best to lean towards wearing a mini bout.
3. Durability: Ensure that the flowers chosen for your wearable arrangements can withstand being worn for an extended period. Or you can opt for silk bouts if you expect the groomsmen will be giving lots of bear hugs on the day of the wedding!
4. Allergies: If you choose fresh flowers, be mindful of any allergies you or your wedding party may have to certain flowers. Opt for hypoallergenic options if necessary!
5. Comfort: Consider how comfortable the wearable flowers will be throughout the day. Heavy or bigger arrangements may become tiring to wear, especially if they’ll be wearing them for many hours.

Full, big bouquets bring the statement piece and a luxurious look to your wedding photos🤩 not gonna lie though, you might need to train a little extra in the gym to prepare carrying it around all day 😂💪

3 things I wish I knew about wedding planning…👀💍
1. Don’t be afraid to go with silk floral decor! Especially for the reception tables and arbor/arch! This can save you a significant amount of money & there are a lot of really great high-quality options that look very real! Plus you can reuse those pieces for other decor or to resell.
2. Don’t be afraid to try something new & out of the ordinary! I’ve been seeing a lot of unique trends whether it be wedding favors, guestbook ideas, or colors of the bridal party. Reminder: Your day is for you and your fiancé!! Choose aspects of your day that will get you both excited and reflect your personalities well!!
3. THRIFT! You can save so much money by repurposing items that fit your wedding theme/vibe. I wish I would have taken this more seriously and checked out my local thrift stores for vases and other decor for any deals!
