It's always a nice treat when you begin a slow friendship with an artist. Tonight, I have the pleasure of presenting my newest old friend, Steve Hofstetter over at The Theatre. (Old friends between promoters and artists are when you put on shows for them often.) When you become old friends, it's because everyone in the friendship has been respectful of one another's needs and boundaries. We find Steve to be a gentleman and always a fun spirit!
Comics are supposed to push limits and boundaries, which Steve Hofstetter does....like blowing up a balloon to the max without letting it pop. With stand-up, we either laugh all that funny balloon air outta the ol' gashole, or we get our balloon burst. Steve'll leave ya gassin'!

Good morning,

In just a few hours, our friend Patrice Luciano is going in for life saving surgery.
She has scheduled herself to perform on May 17 with us at Club Underground for the THOMPSON SQUARE with special guest PATRICE show.

Yesterday, Patrice, palmTree who happens to be in town tuning up for the THE DAPPER RAPPER TOUR starring THE PALMER SQUARES featuring JARV and PALMTREE, and some of the 30 Silver crew came together for a podcast about Patrice. Her spirits are high and she has a mindset to LIVE!

If you want to give the former Paddy & Irene's Irish Pub owner an hour or so of your time, we can definitely say WE were all enhanced by the experienced. Have a listen in the comms below.

Just had a chance to stop by the Drunkn Assumption practice room and listen to a couple.
I didn't expect to be flooded with emotion as I was. After a 10-year hiatus in which some members hadn't even spoken, the reunited group of former drunk punk rockers are now a bunch of good lookin' old punk rock dads who are giving a clinic on WHAT FU***NG MATTERS IN LIFE AND IN ROCK AND ROLL.

Music with substance.
Authenticity.
Love of the art.

The spark of the Reno scene is clicking. I've been seeing it.
As long as we have our friends in that practice room, everything will be ok.
