Digital Aum Psytrance DJ of the night-time variety, from Forest to Darkpsy/HiTech. I also mix DnB/Jungle sometime

DJ from Galway, west of Ireland, mixing Jungle/DnB as well as Psytrance, with a particular penchant for the night-time sounds of Forest/Darkpsy and Hi-Tech. Discovering Electronic music with Aphex Twin, then Amon Tobin and the chopped up Drumfunk breaks of Nucleus & Paradox soon followed. Next was Dubstep, which exposed him to low end bass music which was to be another mainstay of his musical jour

ney. However the biggest impact on Digital Aum's musical choices and outlook on life has to be the discovery of Psytrance! A chance meeting with some young Psy heads organising one of their first parties in Galway, and a few months later the mind blowing experience of Ozora festival... he had found what he had not known he was searching for! A few years later, began to DJ, and organising some events based mostly on DnB & Bass music. With an interest also in the downtempo side of PsyDub, he played the chill-out stage of Masters of Puppets festival in Czech a number of times between 2016-2019 as well as Transylvania Calling 2019. However, now concentrating on mixing the darker side of Psytrance, Digital Aum joined Shunyata Records family in 2021. He continues to try to improve his DJ skills and play at events around Ireland and looks to the future.
