Can't express the incredible time I have at Weber grill's BBQ Master class this weekend. Between the briskets, pulled pork, ribs, varies sausages etc.. and meeting Pitmasters Tuffy Stone, Sausage Sensei, Slap Yo' Daddy - Harry So, Dustin, JP, Kevin and the Meat scientist. I gain so much more knowledge in this industry. Feeling blessed and inspired!!!
