So, this past Sunday, I was in Greensboro and I was able to stumble upon this jewel! So, many of us know Greensboro was one of the places where there were some demonstrations back in the day, as in the “sit-ins”. . .so, apparently, it happen on the golf course too in Greensboro, centered around the “The Greensboro Six”. So, it was cool playing a course with a lot of history attached to it. It’s a 9-hole golf course, but they reconstructed it so that you can play 18. There are 2 sets of tees for each hole. So, it was a familiar yet unique experience! Side note, the last pic is of a hole with a story. Paulette Miller Kelly played with me today! So, Paulette’s drives tend to go pretty far, but they stay on the ground. Well, if you look at this pic, there is a creek in front of the tee box. So, my wife, being the master magician she is, plays the ball to the right perfectly just over the cart path onto a nice patch of grass! I’m only telling the story of the odds of ANYBODY doing it are pretty high. . .but if anyone can do it, it’s my wife!! Gotta love her!! 😁👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙇🏾‍♂️

Walked a quick 9 today in Kershaw with my BIL, !! Didn’t really have my usual blowup holes! Had one, but I’ll take a double and still shoot 39 anytime! Speaking of 39, apparently, that’s not good enough to beat John! Great round, Bruh! 😀👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🤛🏾 Side note, I was unaware of the second pic. John wanted to get a video of me, but I putted so quickly😏😂, he only got a pic! This is my putt for 🦅!! Anyway. . .all in all. . .great day, great round, with a great guy!

My view from yesterday!!! Overlooking the 12th and 13th tee at Camden Country Club!! They had the USGA Mid-Am yesterday! I would have just taken the view, but to add the tournament to it was nice!! There is a bit of irony also in the first pic, but I think only a select few at would know!! 😏😅😂 Also, at the end of the day, I ran into my old golf coach, Guy Eckenroth!! 😁 Anyway, even though it was hot, all in all, it was a good day!! @ Camden, South Carolina

Late post, but what a great and spectacular weekend we had last week at our “Love Never Fails” Regional Convention in Florence! Lovely weekend filled with inspiring talks, captivating videos, and wonderful Friends!! For me, I truly enjoyed it because I was able to meet and make some new Friends while working. . .you just can’t beat it!! 😄

Very interesting day! Didn’t go the way we planned, but we made to Clarkesville, GA! . . .but in the meantime, we went through the Great Smokey Mountains in Tenn, NC, and GA. . .stopped by a lookout(pic #3), end up helping a couple who locked their keys in the car😬😅, saw some cool mallards, ate some great pizza at Copperpot, and finished the day off with some Putt-Putt!! Also, played another sport IN THE DARK, but we’ll get to that another day!! 😏😉😁 But the highlight, of course, is sending it with my Queen, 🥰

April 2, 2011, my life changed so much because of this woman! Very tough loss tonight! So many thoughts tonight, but I cannot stress the importance of fundamentals! I don’t care what you do in life, the “basics” really, really matter! Sometimes, it’s the ONLY thing that matters! Between free throws and bad passing. . .smh🤷🏾‍♂️😒😞 Anyway, many will say this year was a failure. . .but what’s interesting about that is this thought! If we won it all, everybody would have said, “Well, y’all shoulda won, you had all these great recruits and blah, blah, blah”. . .if we lose, “y’all season was a failure”. . .there really isn’t any wiggle room! 😂🤷🏾‍♂️ So, hats off to MSU!
