Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your amazing work on Saturday and for making everything so easy in the run up to the big day.

We really enjoyed the ceremony. It all seemed to go very smoothly. The words spoken really meant something to us and its a day we’ll never forget.

The time has come for me to close my Marriage Register. As of June 30th 2016, I will be retiring my Civil Celebrant business. What a privilege and a pleasure it has been for me to be able to be part of so many significant moments in couples & families lives. I have made some wonderful memories and more importantly new friends who have allowed me to facilitate their wedding ceremony or the naming of their babies or the renewal of their marriage vows. It is time to move onto the next phase of my life, I thank you for your referrals and testimonials and for letting me be a part of your life event.

Ceremonies by Susan officiated at two bother's marriage ceremonies four & a Half years apart. Lyle & Brent were in each other's wedding party as was Lyle's wife & now Kelsie & Brent's sister-in-law Kacey. Also, Lyle & Kacey's two little girls were the flower girls for their Aunty Kelsie & Uncle Brent. One of the best experiences of being a Marriage Celebrant is officiating at these wedding celebrations where I am able to help make lifetime memories for families - special

Wedding Ceremonies sometimes have to be moved inside out of the rain. This happened on Saturday at O'Reilly's Mountain Resort for Wade & Sarah's marriage vows. It was a very happy ceremony with the Bride & Groom each telling the other through me their Marriage Celebrant, what they loved most about each other.Love & raindrops were in the air!!

It was very special for me, being able to join these two lovely families together with this Bride & Groom's wedding celebration.

So privileged to be the Marriage Celebrant for Tyron & Sarah yesterday. Lots of Laughter. Lots of tears, even from the Father of the Bride [big day for him]. Little ring bearer Jacob presented the wedding bands on a Gilbert rugby ball. A big thank you to Mel Parkwood International Golf Club's function manager for making the afternoon flow beautifully. Surprise wedding ceremony - well only for the invited guests who thought they were attending a Christmas/Birthday celebration. Kim &Linda tied the knot at their beautiful home on Sunday afternoon. I walked in on the gathering saying I was from the Attorney Generals Department & I was told there was a couple at this address wanted to be married. One of the guests told me I had the wrong house!!! All went well with lots of smiling happy faces wishing my latest Bride & Groom everything they would wish for themselves. Congratulations Kim & Linda, I think we pulled off a very big surprise wedding

On Saturday I was given the chance to pay back one of my wonderful mentors from a decade ago when I was waiting to be authorised as a Marriage Celebrant, after completing my studies. Now retired Barry Robinson was the father of the Groom at the wedding of Alexandra & Ben in the family's beautiful garden on Currumbin Hill. Bridegroom Ben wanted his Dad to conduct the wedding ceremony and I was asked to do the legals. What a privilege to be asked to contribute towards Ben & Alexandra's Marriage Vows and in turn, be able to return the sharing and kindness shown to me as a new Civil Celebrant.
