4 years ago today, this happened.

I was so proud of Sarah having the strength wanting to walk down the aisle alone especially as we lost her father, Jesus a few months before the wedding.

I kept my composure the whole time BUT at the end, I went into the hallway and sat in the corner, filled with emotion and that recessional seeing all these people as we walked together had me like Will Smith in Pursuit of Happiness.

The Grito was a surprise because I always joked that I was going to do one at the wedding.

Pushing our wedding back twice (pandemic) and finally got to that moment is why you should cherish loved ones and the process of embracing those that means something to you.

… and that’s all I have to say about that *Forrest Gump Voice*
