✨ The Mississippi River Museum Wedding of Ashley & Kyle in Dubuque, Iowa ✨

“The most remarkable moment in life is when you meet the person who makes you feel complete.”

Ashley & Kyle first met at work where Ashley happened to have a crush on Kyle for quite awhile. His interest in Ashley sparked as well as he decided to ask her out for a drink by leaving a note under her keyboard that said "Want to get a drink with me? Circle Yes, No, or Maybe." It was only a couple months later that Kyle was asking her to be his girlfriend in that exact same way, and their love story took off from there!

Ashley just so happens to be a wedding planner herself, so we just knew her spaces would be to die for — and you better believe they were exactly that! Overflowing in candlelight, greenery, and the most personal touches (like the very note Kyle used to ask Ashley to be his girlfriend!) — everything was simply perfect.

Ashley & Kyle, we are so inspired by your love and your sweet family with Kayleigh, and we can’t thank you enough for sharing your incredible wedding with us!

The Millwork Ballroom Wedding of Sara & Kaleb in Dubuque, Iowa ✨

Sara & Kaleb are college sweethearts, whose paths initially crossed on Sara’s very first night of college when they were 19 years old. A few months later, their relationship began, and after 6 years together, Kaleb officially started planning to ask Sara to be his wife! From Plan A, to Plan B, and finally Plan C, Kaleb’s persistence and adaptability shined through as in one weekend, he had to continually adjust his plans for this magical moment — as they kept accidentally being ruined by Sara :) Finally the third plan was the charm and Kaleb was down on one knee as he asked Sara to be his forever!

As an interior designer herself, with the best artistic eye, Sara created a stunning reception space at Millwork Ballroom & Event Center draped in greenery, burgundy and pink florals, and gold accents — all illuminated by candlelight. This compassionate pair spent the day surrounded by their loved ones who had traveled to Dubuque, the city Sara & Kaleb now call home, to celebrate their marriage.

Sara & Kaleb, we have adored the two of you since the moment we first met almost a year and a half ago, and we’ll keep cheering on your love for every year to come!

Janelle & Brian are surrounded by love. They are surrounded by the love of their family and friends — whether it’s beside a mountain in Iceland, or inside the breathtaking Paine Art Center and Gardens to toast and dance the night away. They are surrounded by each other’s love — the kind filled with passion, admiration, and a whole lot of sprinkles and cuddles. They are surrounded by the support of so many industry professionals — as talented as the bride herself, Janelle Rose Photography — cheering them on and pouring their hearts into the beautiful representation of Janelle & Brian’s love. And while this is a new step in their love story, Janelle & Brian will be surrounded by nothing but love as they grow a family, as they continue traveling the world, and as they take on this beautiful life together — hand in hand.

We had the ultimate privilege of revealing this film at Janelle & Brian’s Wedding Reception last weekend, so that all of their nearest & dearest could feel the joy, the emotion, and the love that was shared at their wedding ceremony in Iceland. Janelle & Brian, where do we even begin!? Before we ever even met, these two invited us across the world to share one of their biggest moments and to preserve it forever. Being welcomed into the most intimate moments of our couples lives — whether it’s down the street in Wisconsin, or road tripping with them across Iceland — is truly our greatest joy.

These two have the kind of love story that begs to be told. They rode the school bus together, you guys! But it wasn’t until they found themselves both standing up in their close friends’ wedding, that they were officially reconnected. Janelle & Brian will never forget the laughter and joy they felt that night and the rest is truly history. Not only is the love between Janelle & Brian obvious in every single one of their sweet interactions, but you can truly FEEL their kind hearts and deep adoration of one another.

For days, these two climbed hand-in-hand through the beauty of Iceland. Her breathtaking dress (by the talented Kit Hunzinger) twirling through each landscape, running together on the black-sand beach, in front of rushing waterfalls, through fields of flowers, all in celebration of their mountanside vows where they became husband and wife. Their loved ones traveled across the world to be a part of this moment — THEIR moment — and it could not have been more perfect.

We feel so lucky that each experience shared with these sweet lovebirds, was also enjoyed with the most wonderful group of vendors from across the world. We are SO grateful to now call them all our sweet friends. From their planning of every destination and experience, to each beautiful detail and decor, and of course the laughter along the way — this adventure was made perfect because of every single soul involved.

We sure do mean it when we say that there is SO much more to come, but in the meantime, enjoy this sneak peek! 🖤

Everything about Jenna & Derek's wedding day was a celebration of Wild Love — which also just so happened to be their First Dance song 😉 From the craziest snowstorm, to their passionate handwritten vows, a sparkler celebration, the most lively dance floor, and finally an epic balloon drop to end this incredible night. The energy of their relationship was perfectly matched by the energy of their loved ones throughout the entire reception — and we know it will continue to surround them for the rest of their lives :)

It feels almost impossible to express how much these two and their story means to us. Jenna has always been one of my (Nastassja) dearest friends, so the chance to not only stand by their sides as one of her Golden Galz, but for Andrew and I to document and craft their wedding film as well, is a joy and honor we will always cherish. Here's to a lifetime of the most wild love, you two! We sure do love you guys!! 🖤
