Tonight we have 7 joints of meat cooked for our next buffet, 2 trifle bases, 3 cheesecake bases & 20 eggs hard boiled. 10 bags of new potatoes to cook and a mountain of salad and fruit to chop. We love it!

So, we have had a crazy 2 weeks! We had a lovely 2 weeks away in France and came back to full on buffet central! Did not get many photos but in the last 8 days we have done pulled pork with stuffing and apple sauce rolls for 75 people, a buffet for 70 people, a wake for 50 people and a lovely 'summer' family party for 16.
