Like a Wildflower

I’ve been pretty quiet with Like a Wildflower this year, and here’s why! We welcomed our precious little boy earlier this month. We are all doing well and settling in to this new life.

With pregnancy, working at a local shop, as well as lots of other new things this year (new business, new church..), I’ve had plenty to focus on.

I won’t be taking on any more freelance work through Like a Wildflower for the foreseeable future, but am so grateful to have worked with all the beautiful people I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with and creating floral work for.

This afternoon we had a great time teaching how to make a flower crown, today using leucodendrons and thryptomene. We think Dave's crown turned out fantastic!

In March we created bar arrangements for a races themed 30th birthday party. So of course we used roses, but made them a bit wild to suit the farmland location.
