I think it’s silly to limit yourself to one certain genre/sound/vibe (especially if you’re “just a DJ”)

the amount of gigs I’ve gotten from simply being able to play different sets is far greater than it would be if I just stuck to one style.

I think if you do just DJ you should be able to play whatever set fits the event.

trust me, it’s so much more fun than trying to be the “best *insert genre here* DJ” and you will actually stand out more being diverse and adaptable.

being able to give what the promoter/audience wants while still holding onto some artistic integrity is the key.

don’t pigeonhole yourself.

playing Terminal West solo for the first time opening for Mirror Maze, Mindex, Seppa & Mr. Bill

this is such a huge milestone for me, these artists have been big inspirations for me as a DJ for so long and just as human beings in general, and to be supporting such insane producers as someone who just creates mixes from my favorite music is so surreal

I hope to see so many friends on the dancefloor early, for all of our sake because we can’t do this s**t without ya’ll!
