How 2nd Hand Smoke BBQ Became.
We started off in Pensacola FL. Clark has been around BBQ his whole life, growing up down the road from the famous Salt Lick in Texas he developed a love for it. However another love developed in his life and that was serving is country. Thats when I came into the picture, Clark and I meet the first time he was stationed in Pensacola, I was there training in the NAVY and we just instantly connected. Seven years and two children later we have turned this crazy dream of ours into reality! We love serving people a little taste of true southern BBQ. We started off as a back yard KCBS competition team, after a few years we branched into the PRO circuit. The past few months have been focused on opening the the catering business. We want to elevate southern BBQ so it can be showcased at weddings, work functions ect.
