Everyone has their holiday traditions, and if Thanksgiving makeup isn’t one of them for you yet, I highly suggest adding it this year. Thanksgiving is a great excuse to go all out with color and shimmer, playing around with makeup to create new festive looks.
Looking for some inspiration this holiday season? You can’t go wrong with warm tones!

✨No Mascara: Looking for something more casual while still stylish? Try one of fall’s biggest trends: no mascara and minimal makeup paired with a bold lip. Just make sure your formula is Thanksgiving-dinner-proof!

✨Pumpkin Spice: Pumpkin spice makeup is always trending—because of course it is! It’s basically the newest iteration of ’90s-inspired earth-tone beauty and monochromatic bronzed glam. This look is beginner-friendly and never lets us down. Want to make it more spicy? Try creating a neutral glossy glam by adding some shimmer or lip gloss.

If you’ve noticed that your eye cream isn’t giving the results you want, it might be due to not selecting the right active ingredients. Here’s how to choose the best eye cream to tackle your specific concerns.

👁️Pigmented dark circles
Try eye creams that contain brightening ingredients and help fade pigment. Good options will be products that contain resorcinol, glutathione, bakuchiol, niacinamide, vitamin C or iron oxides.

Dark lipstick is essential when it comes to fall looks. Here are some tips so you can look your best this fall + shade recommendations!

💋 Use lip liner
Since dark lipstick stands out so much, it’s important to ensure minimal smudging. The best way to do this is to apply the correct lip liner before the lipstick.

💋 Incorporate eyeshadows
With most dark lipsticks, it’s better to use lighter colors on your eyes to create a balance. However a dark eyeshadow, such as black or gray, paired with a bold red or plum lip can make a huge statement!

💋 Blush saves the face
A dark lip color can easily wash out your face, but the perfect rosy blush will pull everything together. You can coordinate your blush color with your lipstick to complete your fall look!

💋 Coordinate your outfit
Last, but certainly not least, is picking the right outfit! Make sure to plan the color of your lipstick with the outfit of your choice, and you’ll be all set for fall this year.

Are you ready to elevate your lash game? Whether you’re a beginner or just looking to refine your technique, applying strip lashes can be a game changer for your beauty routine.
So here are some essential tips and tricks to achieve a flawless lash application that will leave you looking stunning!

1. Trim each of the eyelash strips.

2. Apply your lash glue and wait for it to dry a little—about 30 seconds should do the trick.

3. Apply lashes by looking downwards into a mirror instead of straight ahead. If you place a mirror under your face at a nearly perpendicular angle and look down, your eyelid will extend, almost like you’re closing your eyes, allowing you to see exactly where to place the strip. You can use your fingers or tweezers.

4. Use eyeliner to camouflage the strip’s band.

How to avoid “cakey” makeup on your wedding day (especially if you live in Florida)! Nobody wants to feel “caked” on their wedding day so here are some of my insider tips to help you out! 🧴Skin prep: Get a hydrating facial the week before, use gel eye masks the morning of and gently exfoliate your skin 2 days prior to the wedding as texture can highlight dryness and cause makeup to grab. 💋Less powder, more blotting: Blot your face with blotting papers to touch up and absorb excess oil. Don’t over powder. 💧Hydrate: Drink plenty of water in the lead up. If your skin is dehydrated, it will absorb the emollients from the foundation leaving behind the pigment sitting on the skin which may cause “caking”. 💄Trial your bridal makeup artist: Trialing your artist allows you to see if the products used by your makeup artist sit well on skin and how the base wears. It also allows you to provide feedback to your makeup artist if changes need to be made.
