20 * Cups Flour
2 * Lt Milk
20 * teaspoons Baking Powder
3 * Cups Sugar
1 * teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 * 500g Margarine (any brand)

METHOD.

Sift flour into a bowl, add margarine rub gently together add sugar & baking powder .

In another bowl bit eggs then add milk & vanilla.

Then mix the wet and dry together pouring gently until all is combined forming a nice fluffy dough.

Pre heat your oven 120`c.

On your working surface eg.table
Pour a little bit of flour (preventing your dough to stick onto your surface. Using your hand scoop your dough into your working surface gently pressing it so you cut it. Using any cookie cutter or a drinking glass cut you cookies. Then bake for ±20 minutes.

Enjoy your cookies with a cup of coffee or tea or soft drink.

Or put in a nice bucket and send it to your in laws ;-)
