Proud to say we have just been awarded the highest rating for Food Hygiene from our lovely Environmental Health Officer...although with several years experience as a Head Chef, we'd have been mortified if it was anything lower 😂

It takes 4-6 weeks to be officially reflected on the relevant websites but if anyone wants to see our paperwork in the meantime as evidence, you're very welcome!

Tonight we cooked for the residents of a local retirement housing complex in MK, as part of one of their social evenings.

What a lovely experience, they'd laid the table out nicely and were served hot fresh meals restaurant style.

The fact that several had second helpings is feedback enough for us and the round of applause at the end was a straight up ego boost.

Such a great way to spend a Friday night!

Doing a little run through of our upcoming Chicken and Chorizo Pasta Bake.

Gian cooked up a batch so we could test how well it freezes, and independent taste testers (ahem, our lovely neighbours!) have confirmed that it is just as tasty! Hooray!
