Chef Torres was previously named Latin America’s Best Female Chef and has now claimed the global title. She is the co-owner and chef at A Casa de Porco, an award winning restaurant in São Paulo, Brazil. We’ve made some changes to our board -

Neil Thomson has decided to step down as Chief Executive and Hazel Mulberry has decided it is time to resign as Finance Director. We are delighted however that both will remain on the board and still be involved in Scottish Chefs moving forward. Both Neil & Hazel were founding members of the association which is celebrating its 30th anniversary this year. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank them both for all their hard work and dedication over the years. New role announcements will be made very soon so stay tuned!
