Samantha and Grace had their perfect fall wedding day last weekend! It was full of love, color, laughter, and warmth. They poured their hearts into their planning and decor. I poured my heart into bringing it all together along with the lovely LeeAnn from TBS

I love their love and am so happy to have been part of making their wedding day visions come to life!

They had a great vendor team and were surrounded by the best community of family and friends. I’m sad it’s over but so glad they had the best day to celebrate the start of their life together!

A little sneak peak from Emma & Jack’s perfect fall wedding day. The florals on this private property were ridiculously gorgeous. Those combined with the weather made it the perfect day for a wedding!

I know I’ve been a little MIA here but I have all of my timelines and meetings complete for the rest of the year so it’s time for me to get back to your regularly scheduled viewings! More posts, and more episodes of Coordinator Extras coming soon!

As I head to another wedding at Glen Foerd, I’m reminiscing Jordyn & Ryan’s sweet September day here last year! It’s almost their one year anniversary!! How does time move so quickly? I miss you two! 🫶🏼

I’ll never forget this day! The joy on their faces, the gorgeous florals, their amazing families who I also miss (s/o to for being the best sister & MOH ever!), and the double ceremony 🤣😉. They wanted their moment on the water so we got them down the aisle with that beautiful background!! But the rain had other plans (like all of September 2024) so we shuffled everyone inside and did it all over again and… it was the best!

Okay, one more (for now) post from this heartfelt wedding to honor this amazing bride and groom! This photo of them so happy in the classic car holds so much meaning to me, both as a proud business owner, and just a regular old human adoring the strength of others.

Casey & Brian went through something major in their life just weeks before their wedding, and honestly, if they hadn’t told me, I would’ve never known. They remained calm, their words were kind, their smiles remained. I was (and still am) in awe of their strength to push through. Their unwavering love for each other and their beautiful families really pulled them through 🤍

As a business owner, I’m so proud of my team for pulling through on this day! I had my assistant Nikki (and Ang who was only shadowing) start at the church with them while I got my babies to childcare and then went to the venue. In that time, their classic car they rented had gotten into an accident that morning with another driver. (Everyone was ok, but what terrible luck!). We were told they couldn’t get a car in time for our schedule. But that wasn’t good enough for my team! Nikki and Ang (on her first day), made several calls and came up with a plan and…THEY GOT A CAR because of all things, Casey and Brian deserved it!! Their photographer, Carley, was so flexible with our timing and made it happen too!

He’s not the groom. He’s not one of the groomsmen crashing the bridesmaid photos… he’s the ✨MAN OF HONOR✨ the bride’s brother, and best friend. And he nailed it 🥹

I love when there are pieces to a wedding day outside of the norm! Especially when it’s to honor someone you love 🫶🏼

This wedding had me teary eyed quite a bit, but especially when I asked their Dad how to raise my little ones to be just like them. Oh my heart.

I wish we could relive this day over and over!

Yesterday was my own two year wedding anniversary 🤍 I wanted to share this with you all because I was reflecting on how planning my own wedding is what brought me to starting this business. There were so many things throughout the process that brought me joy. I knew I had to get out of teaching and turn weddings into my new career. What I didn’t know is how much joy working with each of my couples, their families, and friends would be. Be a wedding coordinator is exactly what I wanted to be when I grew up and I never knew it! I’m so glad to be here, and so grateful for all of you 🫶🏼

Swipe ➡️ to see how it turned out when we repurposed these bouquets and aisle florals to the sweetheart table and mantle!! Hannah & Ian’s entire day was beautiful, but this was our favorite part of set up! The florist put some greens down before leaving. We used the bridesmaids bouquets for a flat lay on the table. Then we pulled apart the aisle florals to fill in the entire mantle 😍

I’m sad their day is over (classic me)! They chose one of my favorite venues, were so relaxed through the whole process, and had the sweetest family and friends to surround them the entire day.

A moment for Kristen & Andrew’s florals and decor at Terrain 😍. I barely need words here, the photos speak for themselves! Terrain in Devon is THE perfect backdrop!

We repurposed her ceremony florals to make a dream of a sweetheart table- one of our favorite things to do! When you meet with your florist, this is something to think about with them, it can save you some money, and if my team coordinates your wedding, we are more than happy to do it!

On the first day of summer I thought it would be fitting to bring you all of these gorgeous pinks, oranges, yellows & greens. Rachel & Dally‘s day was so full of color… and disco balls! We had so much fun decorating this day. My team and I looove when you show up with a large amount of decor boxes for us to have fun with!

A little decor tip: ask your florist for extra greens! Or even stop for some (Produce Junction is my fav!) a day or two ahead of time. Give them to your planner/coordinator to use as needed. They elevate everything! For these two, we snuck greens on the window sills, card table, cake table, guest book table, and maybe more places that I’m forgetting. There wasn’t a sight left untouched 😍

Lucia’s sweet words are continued below! The fall season was so busy that I never got around to posting their review or pictures 😍 they were SO great to work with, and their day was flawless! They got married at their favorite bar with all of their favorite people surrounding them. I loved that their day represented so much of who they were as a couple!

I think one of my favorite things about is that no matter where you turn, there is a GORGEOUS back drop just begging to be photographed. Matthew & Jenna took advantage 😍. It’s so hard to pick a favorite! The talented captured it all so beautifully!
