Climb On is the bay area's premiere mobile Rock Wall, Zip line and interactive adventure company. From birthday parties to corporate events Climb On sets up, staffs, and ensures the safety of our fully staffed rental equipment. Climb On is looking for staff that can provide the utmost safety and excellence that Climb On has delivered to the Bay Area since 1998.
Our warehouse is in Richmond but the events are all over the bay area and beyond so depending on situation you can meet at event.
Who we need and what we are looking for -
Team Leaders - always on time, ability to safely drive & maneuver full size pick up trucks and tow 28.5 foot long trailers. Must safely set up equipment with ability to make important safety decisions to ensure proper and safe operation of equipment. Excellent communication skills and customer service skills, ability to recognize and manage vehicle & trailer inspections and perform basic maintenance if needed.
Stokers - (team leader assistants) assist team leader in all above duties, always on time and able to help with vehicle navigation.
All staff will need to be able to climb very easy routes, be prepared to work short and long hours, mostly outside. This is a physical job. Be prepared for hot days, cold days, have the patience to sometimes assist hundreds of participants (mostly kids, but a good share of adults as well) on any given day. Work hours a week depends on availability, performance and the number of events we have.
Hours can be from 12 to 50 hours per week depending on events and time of year. Great for students, people with flexible schedules and people who need part time work.
Driving/background records will need to be checked as well
