Practice with me at BLYSS!
All this month- at 11 M-F, relaxing Restorative with Yoga Nidra deep guided meditation.
5pm Yin with Rita. Wednesdays class followed by her famous vegan chili!

In May- Vinyasa- I’m also opening up with vinyasa for Spring! A yoga/ qi gong infused practice!
Tuesday and Thursday will stay gentle.

Next week- we add Vinyasa with Abby- a deep vinyasa from and Ashtanga background. 1pm Tuesdays and Thursday’s’

And Sundays vegan potluck feast- 3-5.
We are adding a karma program to keep the valley clean!
Sadly, many people like us who love walking here are confronted with garbage, carelessly tossed from cars. After writing about this to the forum, we’ve discovered many people feeling the same way.
So we will offer bag pickups on Sunday and meet to make new friends and take some nice Sunday clean-up walks… then we’ll feed you.
