Hi Everyone,

You're going to have to excuse me for this, but i'm trying my best to get it rectified.

This is for this weekends christmas market at hedca.

All stall holders can arrive from 830am to set up. We open at 10am until 3pm. Tea and coffee will be provided throughout the day. As mentioned before, there are a few other events on in the area. I have been advertising and will be pushing it all week where i can, and whoever will let me.

If you have got a stall this saturday can you please just acknowledge this post. If you know any other stall holders that may not see this, please let them know. I am trying to recover my email so i can send a blanket email to you all too.

2 weeks this saturday is the HEDCA Christmas Market.
I have just got back from finalising things with them.

SET UP IS FROM 08:15.

Please note that slimming world are there from 8am so parking maybe tight for the first hour or so.
As usual, tea/coffee and biscuits will be available for stall holders. Just help yourself from the kitchen. Try to keep noise to a minimal whilst using the kitchen up til 12pm.

As i have mentioned in a previous post. I am advertising as much as i can, but your help is needed too. You will all have different avenues, which will help. There are other events on the same day but i'm sure everything will be ok.

Only 3 weeks left to go until the HEDCA Christmas market.

Last years event was a success and i hope this years will be too. Ive been advertising as much as i can but your help would help even more. Ive attached the poster below for you to share.

Please note: There is more than just our market going on this year. Let's hope people make a day of it and visit numerous events.
I will be sending info for arrivals a week beforehand.

Evening everyone.

I am looking for some feedback on this one.

I support a monthly craft fair in Waterlooville. They have a fair every first sunday of the month and its well attended by the community as well as stall holders.

I've got a venue in mind to hold this sort of thing in Gosport.

Would you attend a regular craft fair if i can get the venue?

This won't be until next year.

Hi everyone,

Only 7 weeks until the christmas market.

I am however still waiting for some stall payments. These need to be in asap. The closer we get to the event, the more people ask for tables. I will have no option but to give your tables up if payment isn't received.

I won't be chasing anymore.

If you’ve received your booking forms for the Christmas market and haven’t returned them, please do asap. I’ve now sent more booking forms than there are spaces.

I did not expect that response!

Thanks to everyone who has emailed today for your booking form for the HEDCA Christmas market.

Just like last year, this years market will be in multiple rooms.

Secure your stall now for just £20 per table*

* I can only allow 1 x 6ft table per stall. I will however allow you to add one small table or clothes rail. I know some stalls need a little extra space, but don’t need 2 full size tables. Please mention on the booking form if you will be using a small table or clothes rail. This will help me with spacing.
