I did not expect that response!

Thanks to everyone who has emailed today for your booking form for the HEDCA Christmas market.

Just like last year, this years market will be in multiple rooms.

Secure your stall now for just £20 per table*

* I can only allow 1 x 6ft table per stall. I will however allow you to add one small table or clothes rail. I know some stalls need a little extra space, but don’t need 2 full size tables. Please mention on the booking form if you will be using a small table or clothes rail. This will help me with spacing.

£20 per table. I will allow a clothes rail or a small table as an extra but need to utilise space as much as I can . I you need 2 full size tables, it will be £40

Thank you to all the stall Holders for this years Easter fair.

We all sold but it was a strange one. Good steady start then quiet then a steady flow again.

That’s craft fairs for you.

Had a few ask about other events through the year. I haven’t committed to anything yet (only Christmas fair). If anything comes up in the mean time, I’ll let everyone know on here.

I know it’s miles away but needs to be sorted and another venue can’t moan!!!

This is for all stall holders for the HEDCA easter fair.

You can start arriving from 830 to set up. Please come and find me to let me know you're here.

If you need a table then this will be provided.

All stalls set up by 10am and packed away offsite by 3pm please.
Please take all rubbish with you.

Tea/Coffee and biscuits will be provided on the day.

There may be similar stalls to yours on the day. We all sell different things so it just means customers have more choice. No one is there to step on your toes!

If you need any help either ask me, or we are all a good bunch and won't mind helping out.

Plenty of parking onsite. HEDCA take no responsibility for any damage made to cars while you are parked there.

Postcode for anyone using satnav to get there is PO12 4JD. There will also be big signs on the day directing people to the event.

Lastly, good luck and lets have a great fair.

There have been a couple of stalls who have had to cancel. If you know anyone who would like to attend and trade, please let them know.

Morning everyone.

I don’t know if it’s me or has there been a massive decline in craft fairs and markets in The local area.

Aswell as organise I also support and attend other fairs in the area. Now, I’ve been looking for fairs and there are not many at all. If there are, they already have a stall selling what I make.

So, going forward, I think I’m only going to organise 2 a year. Both will be at HEDCA (Easter and Christmas) TBH the uptake for the Easter fair has been very slow. There’s still enough to hold the market but I thought I would have filled 2 or 3 rooms. There may be a rush in the run up, who knows.

Just to remind you, that all stall need to be paid for before the event itself. There will be no paying on the day.

Morning Everyone,

Can i remind you all that the HEDCA Easter fair is NOT and pay on the day. If you turn up and haven't already paid for the stall, you will not be selling at the fair.

This makes it far easier for me knowing that everyone has paid before the event.

Anyone who has been sent a booking form, please return asap as spaces are now becoming limited.
