Bridal Show Proposal - Venue Search

“TBD” an Alternative Bridal Event

Concept:

Beyond the traditional bridal event. Not only showcasing what most view as traditional weddings and vendors, but vendors that express the personalities of the non-traditional couples. Countless vendors have received requests for storybook, enchanted garden, gothic, comic book, fantasy, etc...

Vendors:

Of course, there will be traditional vendors present (showcasing unique vibes), but it’s time to think outside the box! Cigar and Whiskey bar, Hula-hoop/Fire Dancers, Tattoo Artist/Henna Artist, Food Truck, Wedding Bounce House, Caricature Artist, etc...

Proposal:

“TBD at ****” Your venue being the host for the event! Not only increasing visibility in the local wedding market and attracting potential clients but generating revenue through vendor fees. Indoor and outdoor space would be utilized. We plan to recruit a wide range of high-quality vendors. Marketing will be wide spread. Social media platforms with Event page, all vendors promoting, television commercial, and interview on WBNG Around the Tiers.

Wedding Guest Tip-
The RSVP....Though seemingly obvious, only those addressed on the invitation have received a formal invitation. Before you extend a plus-one to your partner or friend, check the invitation wording or ask the couple to ensure it's the proper thing to do! If the couple has a wedding website, the plus-one inquiry may be addressed there.
And always keep in mind to RSVP on time! There are vendors that require the final guest count so they can properly plan!

Wedding Guest Tip-
Be present. The couple selected (and paid) a wonderful professional photographer. One that will capture all the perfect moments. So, especially during the ceremony, be actively engaged and skip the cellphone pictures! No matter how beautiful the shot could be, you do not want to be the person blocking the groom's view of the bride, or blocking the photographer from getting that crucial shot. 💐

Wedding Guest Tip-
Do NOT take centerpieces or decor unless given the go-ahead by the couple!
Many couples rent decor to lower overall costs. Then they have to turn around and pay outright for the items that were stolen/taken.

My Story

I fell in love with sola wood flowers while planning my wedding. It was incredibly interesting to find these flower’s made out of shaved tapioca root. In Asian and Indian cultures, these flowers were nothing new. Being porous, they had been used as reed diffusers for years!

What began as a DIY wedding, wanting to save money and have my bouquet as a forever keepsake, quickly turned into an obsession! I kept ordering flower’s even though all my wedding items were finished! Wanting to share my love of these beauties, I quickly decided to make it a paying hobby!

As a Stay-at-Home-Mom, this hobby is helping supplement my families income, and provide a sense of self. For those other Mom’s out there, you may understand! Mom first, wife second, fur-Mamma third, etc......When you make a purchase from Autumn Bloom’s Forever Flowers, you’re not only supporting small business, but you are supporting a family!
