My Wisconsin flamingo (Gertie) got all jazzy today when she heard some long lost South American cousins are searching for her on Lake Michigan. She insisted I post a new pic. 😉🤣😂. Love all you Bennetts 😍

Hello Family 😊
I have been busy for the last three weeks with a reunion, neighborhood night out party and neighbors daughters’ out-of-town wedding!
However, yesterday, I was able to visit with these two senior Bennett Family members who live in the same homes, where my Dad took me to visit each of them, as a child growing up in Racine. On the left is 88 year old Mary Price. On the right is 94 year old Carrie Dee Bostic. Let’s always show honor to our seniors as they are living.

The oldest continuing photography studio in America is in Wisconsin Dells, H. H. Bennett Photography! It was founded by someone with our family namesake in the mid 19th century! I have no idea if this is/was someone associated with our original slave owning family in South Carolina.
