Little Bear Tostitos ~ $5. ~ A bowl of restaurant-style Tostitos topped with your choice of pulled pork or shredded chicken, shredded cheddar, and a drizzle of BBQ sauce.
SATURDAYS ONLY: Little Bear Parfait ~ $5. ~ Not a dessert - a meal in a cup! Your choice of pulled pork or shredded chicken, layered between fresh, fluffy mashed potatoes, topped with a drizzle of BBQ sauce and a cherry tomato. Try the Half & Half, with a layer each of pork and chicken.

NEW ITEM: Homemade recipe - Tri-color Rigatoni Pasta Salad, made with crunchy red and green bell peppers, sweet Vidalia onions, sliced black olives, and cherry tomatoes, tossed in a zesty oil-based Italian dressing.

A word about "Smoke Ring"

All of our smoked meats start with a savory rub, slow-smoke for hours, and finish in a sweet barbecue sauce simmer. All meats are temperature -tested with a meat thermometer for doneness, A pink tinge to smoked meats in not an indication of undercooked food. In the same manner that salt-curing turns pork into pink ham, smoking meat produces a pink tinge called a smoke ring. FIND OUT MORE
