So I have never been so unprepared for severe weather EVER. Typically I am very in tune with stuff like this but having a friend missing, on top of the stress from moving etc I am not in my own body at this point.
That being said I was drained of resources completely over the past few weeks and now have zero dollars in my emergency fund. I need toilet paper, disinfectant cleaning spray, and a bactine type disinfectant skin spray, LAUNDRY MONEY ASAP, hand warmers, stomach relief medicine like peptobizol, bathroom towels, lots of socks, hand sanitizer, milk, ci******es, among other items necessary for surviving for days during freezing rain, snowpocalypse type weather conditions.
I know I am not alone, I’ve already brought groups of folks in out of the -7 degree windchill, made hot tea, and soup etc. Probably saved this one couple’s life. I am getting ready to go back out into the weather again for more supplies and to find more folks that may need help, that I have whatever abilities to be of service.
I have like $6 and have moved out of downtown, to 92nd and Woodstock. I have been basically forced to abandon much of my belongings as well as investment items I have purchased for resale, therefore, I have no income coming in and not many items to sell IMMEDIATELY to get what I need NOW.
I am willing to sell a couple MacBook Pro’s at ridiculous low prices and or put them up as collateral for a small loan ASAP. WITH the weather being how it is already. Many places are going to be closed and or Just will not be opening for several days so I need help now like seriously right this minute not at midnight or tomorrow I might even be too late to get some of these things that I need And time is running out for places to stay open for me to get the rest.
