After I shared the Oregon summer grilling dinner I prepared in Oregon’s Umpqua Valley, someone reached out asking about the pasta with corn, so I wanted to share how I made it. Perfect to enjoy while summer corn is still in season! Make Orchetti pasta. Sautee the corn with some good olive oil and garlic. Deglaze the corn with a splash of white wine.
