A magical wedding for a special couple. ✨

We assembled the dream team for this beautiful day and created a stunning transformation on the lovely Alfriston Gardens. From the wisteria filled ceiling to the incredible ceremony backdrop it was honestly like walking into a fairytale.

Huge thank you to all the suppliers that went above and beyond and worked with us on this unforgettable day and to S&P who chose to work with me to bring their vision to life 🤍

The wedding breakfast setup for C&B in the pole barn at Owlpen Manor celebrated the fusion of countryside allure with contemporary style. Mixing the rustic wooden beams and tables with elevated tableware, linens and candles created a beautiful design ✨

So yesterday we got legally married!! 🍾

It was really important to both me and Ollie that we had all our loved ones at our wedding and that may not be possible for our 2024 wedding so decided to have a small legal wedding with our immediate families all together.

We had such a lovely day with the ceremony, meal and then a party with close friends back at ours. It was such a special day and I'm so happy we did it! As well as having a dry run for confetti photos which I've realised I need to practise and get bigger confetti for next year 😂

We are both now so excited for the big wedding! 364 days to go!

Hello and Happy Friday! 👋🏻.

Been a while since I showed my face on here so if you are a new follower, let me introduce myself. I'm Aimée and I'm the owner of One Oake.

Here's a few facts about me...

🌿I live by the sea in Essex and love going for walks on the beach all year round. It's a great way to get out of the office clear my head.

🌿We have an adorable Cockapoo called Peppa, who I treat like my actual child. She gives the best cuddles but does have serious FOMO and always wants attention! As some of my clients would know as she occasionally makes an appearance on calls! 🐶

🌿 While One Oake has only been going for 4 years I've been in the wedding industry for the last 11 years and have worked in all sectors of the industry before launching my own business.

🌿Yesterday I brought my wedding dress! After a truly amazing experience at 🥂 I already want to put it back on again and cant stop looking at pictures of it. So excited and it all feels so real now!

🌿Full Planning, my signature service and booking now up to 2024. Full planning includes everything from start to finish that would need to be organised for your wedding. Whether you are newly engaged or just booked your venue and now need help with the rest, I'm here for you!

🌿 On the day management, do you want someone to take care of all the final details, check it all over and run the day for you? Then this is for you, okay this one wouldn't usually start until 6 weeks before your wedding day, but I open bookings a lot earlier than that. So if you are getting married in 2023 you can book this now!

And we are back! Hello 2023 ✨

I had a great break over Christmas, switched off and stepped away from the laptop. I spent quality time with friends and family, and finally did some of my own wedding planning! But I'm now ready to get back to work and some sort of routine!

Thank you to everyone who enquired with me over Christmas I'm looking forward to talking to you all soon! This week I'm easing back in but next week its back at it full force with a diary full of meetings, venue walkthroughs and visits for 2023 and 2024 clients.
