Glam Miss Sikkim 2021 Ms.Gitanjali Pradhan accompanied by other contestants attending a workshop at STPI. They here learned how to make hand made sanitary napkins. With our motto “a step towards healing Earth “

There are possible health implications of using a pad - one from using it and another from the irregular garbage collection. It also turns out to be an expensive affair for the underprivileged section. They end up spending ₹300-400 on sanitary pads in a month which is a lot for them. Most important is the ecological factor. They clog up our drainage system, rivers, oceans.
The Organisation will soon start workshops on the same cause that has been exclusively taken up by Ms.Gitanjali. Giving a meaning to beauty with purpose.
