Don't forget those detail boxes!! In the hustle and bustle of the perfect day, these small, intimate details can sometimes be overlooked. Pre pack a box filled with these accents so your photographer can capture them all 💜

Things you may want to include:
> jewelry / watches
> perfume / cologne
> extra Save The Dates or Invitation Suites
> small matching ring plate or boxes
> veil / shoes

If you haven't already - we need to start looking at those Getting Ready timelines! (My clients - check your Welcome Guides for the full low down on this stuff)

Things that can affect your HMU timeline (also, the whole day😜)
> # of people getting ready
> bridal suite entry time (do you need to get ready some where else??)
> First Look or no?
> # of stylists you are paying for

While considering these things, please also consider your photography package and whether you value getting ready photos vs dance floor or exit photos if your package doesn't cover the entire day!

Hi there, I’m Erin. I am the owner of Rockfish Valley Events by Design, which is home-grown in the heart of Nelson County. Nestled in and around the Blue Ridge Mountains, there isn’t a more beautiful place to hold a special event. My home is here within the Valley, so I have a unique familiarity with the businesses and services provided here in the region.

By working with me, you will have an organized planner with strong leadership skills. I have a background as an Emergency Room RN, so I thrive in unpredictable situations. I planned my own wedding, and I know the unpredictable often happens. I know that having people assist you with planning is something you don’t always realize you need until you are overwhelmed with the task. I value small businesses and emphasize using local services throughout the county and surrounding locations to help you have a perfect day.
