We did the canapé section. It was a party and a half, and they raised $135,000 on the night.

The overall theme is flavours of pani puri, pani puri is a beautiful Indian street snack. A shell filled with boondi, coriander, and tamarind
Our toastie is marinated chicken, cheese, tamarind, coriander water, and of course pickles. The toastie is served with your own 1 bite pani puri.
I'm super excited about this one and look forward to showcasing this on our menu from 26th June.
