We would like to welcome Amanda from Tonrar Reiki back to our Wellbeing Fayre this coming Sunday (9th Feb) at Secert Garden Holistic Therapies.

Amanda will be offering a free group sound bath with reiki drumming session. If you fancy giving this a try, please pop along. Amanda will also be offering short private taster sessions of Reiki, Reiki Drumming, Tibetan Bowls and Tuning Fork Therapy.

We are currently recruiting 2 part time experienced therapists.

They should be experienced in various types of massage, facials, as well as additional therapies eg Reiki, Reflexology etc.

Ongoing training (onsite and offsite) is also provided.

The therapy centre is open 7 days with 10-9 Monday to Friday.

These roles will include a lot of evening & weekend work.

What is everyone up to today?

Are you like me ..... stuck in a frustrating procrastination loop? My brain works in mysterious ways but decided today that I need to find ways to be organised without feeling so overwhelmed all the time so I decided to make myself a wee focussed to do list to help me to break down my huge to do list into smaller chunks.

A personal big barrier for me is having to fight the perfectionist in me, but I'm reminding myself that I can focus more on progress and less on perfection and still achieve my goals! I've got this.

I would love you to share your hints and tips on how you overcome your procrastination...
