Meal Prep for the week. Cabbage rolls stuffed w/ ground turkey, quinoa, and carrots. Sweet potato salad w/ cranberries, feta cheese, and Dijon mustard dressing. Birria Tacos w/ Consommé and Oaxaca cheese. Not in the picture Chicken Pesto Spaghetti Squash W/ tomatoes and spinach.
